Na EDE – Recycled Energy, tratamos os dados pessoais dos nossos clientes e colaboradores no mais estrito respeito pelos direitos e liberdades consagrados pelos princípios de proteção de dados pessoais vertidos no Regulamento Geral da Proteção de Dados (RGPD) e na Lei 58/2019.
The protection of data and privacy is assumed by us as a fundamental right that it is important to care for and preserve.
Through this Privacy and Data Protection Policy (hereinafter PPPD), we intend to present in a clear and objective manner, the principles, purposes and means of processing personal data followed by our brand.

Na EDE – Recycled Energy, são recolhidos os dados pessoais estritamente necessários para a prestação dos serviços da marca, nomeadamente, nos contactos a realizar para corresponder às necessidades no mercado das energias renováveis, conversão de resíduos plásticos, produção de energia limpa e comercialização de combustíveis ecológicos e sustentáveis, o que para efeitos desta PPPD consideramos em conjunto como – Gestão de clientes.
Most of the data processed are company data and not personal data, so this PPPD will apply when referring to the processing of personal data. Data may be collected directly, in person or through the use of platforms.
We may also receive personal data indirectly through our service providers who provide services to you on our behalf or our partners.

Data is provided by the data subject by filling in the designated fields on our website or through our digital platforms.

A EDE – Recycled Energy está empenhada em assegurar a confidencialidade, proteção e segurança dos dados pessoais dos seus Clientes e Colaboradores, através da implementação das medidas técnicas e organizativas adequadas para proteger os seus dados contra qualquer forma de tratamento indevido ou ilegítimo e contra qualquer perda acidental ou destruição destes dados. Para o efeito, dispomos de sistemas e equipas destinados a garantir a segurança dos dados pessoais tratados, criando e atualizando procedimentos que previnam acessos não autorizados, perdas acidentais e/ ou destruição dos dados pessoais, comprometendo-se a respeitar a legislação relativa à proteção de dados pessoais dos Clientes e a tratar estes dados apenas para os fins para que foram recolhidos, assim como a garantir que estes dados são tratados com adequados níveis de segurança e confidencialidade.
6. What are the rights of the data subjects, and how can they exercise them?
Data subjects have the right to access the data processed concerning them, and may in certain circumstances object to the processing of their personal information.
Under certain conditions laid down by law, they may also request the erasure of their personal data and rectify or limit the processing thereof.

If you consider that your data has been unlawfully processed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - https://www.cnpd.pt
